gaining nothing

i am completely disgusted with myself… who gains 2 pounds on their first week back on WW? me, that’s who… i could easily blame the chinese food we had for dinner last night, but it was my idea and it was eric’s bday… and this past weekend wasn’t that great either, so why am i so surprised with a gain? i’m obviously not taking this whole “losing weight” thing seriously and that’s pretty sad… i feel like a failure when i know, in my heart, that i can do much better… so if anyone has seen my willpower, let me know… i’d sure like to see them again…

  • Maybe you re too straight to yourself. Sometimes our body readjusts itself. The good side is that you know about those 2 lb, so you will take care next days, and that’s life start over and over again, but never give up

  • There is nothing wrong if you can’t maintain your diet for a day and take some heavy food. Don’t restrict yourself too much. Sometimes we need to hangout with some delicious food and make our mind healthy. Just spend extra time on workout.
